Went to Bizou to celebrate a friend's birthday on a Saturday evening, it was such a bad experience!! The salads were OK, but the main courses and pasta were terrible! We have ordered 4 main courses, tune steak, caramelized duck, park loin, and chicken. All of them were so overcooked, the meats were so hard and so dry, not juicy at all!! We have ordered 4 main courses, tune steak, caramelized duck, park loin, and chicken. All of them were so overcooked, the meats were so hard and so dry, not juicy at all!! We consulted the waiter, he said that was the taste of sea water from the clams......I never knew that sea water can be that salty....!
