They have everything a Starbucks Reserve is supposed to offer. What I am dissatisfied with is the experience: the restroom is located outside up on the 16th floor of the building, when I got there it was locked- they did not tell me I needed to ask for the key. Since I already left I decided to find another restroom. Very unprofessional.
