SummaryThe first impression I got when I visited this restaurant is that the front line staff are not welcoming at all, so don't expect them to smile. The worst is having to wait for a waitress to come to our table when we wanted to order food or drinks, they are nowhere to be seen. Our table was missing chopsticks and because we was tired of waiting for the waitresses we just take chopsticks from another table. The first impression I got when I visited this restaurant is that the front line staff are not welcoming at all, so don't expect them to smile. The worst is having to wait for a waitress to come to our table when we wanted to order food or drinks, they are nowhere to be seen. Our table was missing chopsticks and because we was tired of waiting for the waitresses we just take chopsticks from another table. We also had to call the bartender to take our drinks order because waitress disappeared. I have no complaints about the food, the Xiao Long Bao and Salted Egg Prawns was good.

- Did not feel welcome, front line staff do not smile at all
