We bought three cups of coffee for drink-in. To sum it up, it was a bad experience. The staff are overall rude and worst of all, don’t care. I suppose from their point of view, they are smart that the fewer return customers the less work they will have to do over time. What a pity to hold such an attitude. Customers are expected to carry their own coffees to their table, which is fine, but they couldn’t communicate clearly they don’t have trays for dine-in so I was rudely expected to go back and forth a couple times to carry the drinks myself. Again, the real problem is that they don’t care even a little about customer experience at all. They merely stay behind the counter and continue they chats.
