Being a fan of Spaghetti House for over 20 years, I have been to this Wan Chai branch a handful of times but this is the worst experience I ever have had with spaghetti house.I went with my wife at 2:45 this Sunday afternoon into the restaurant, hoping to get a table for two. The manager standing at the front door just staring at us, so we asked when was tea time would begin. He just answered abruptly “3p.m.”, followed by 「行過圈先啦」and then turned his back and walked away into the restaurant. In fa
I went with my wife at 2:45 this Sunday afternoon into the restaurant, hoping to get a table for two. The manager standing at the front door just staring at us, so we asked when was tea time would begin. He just answered abruptly “3p.m.”, followed by 「行過圈先啦」and then turned his back and walked away into the restaurant. In fact there were plenty of empty seats and let us sit down first, or at least ask if we would still like to wait for tea time or to order from A La Carte.
We were hugely upset by the treatment and left without returning.
This was by far the worst experience, I emailed the restaurant but got no feedback since. I do hope they review the quality of their service seriously.
