Bad Food. Bad Service. Super Slow

Although not as bad as DOZOO in Central, it's still very disappointing. Passed by and attracted by the interior decor. First and second orders missed. Third order came in after 32 mins. Extremely small portion of food. Staff didn't know what they should do. Very slow service. The rice was very dry and hard. The fish pieces were warm. Although design was excellent, very disappointed with the service and food quality. And still, I had to pay the 10% service charge when I didn't receive any ser
