Im not sure if she is implying that i cannot afford upstairs, but im sure that is not something that is appropriate to say to a customer. During our meal, the waitresses just kept coming back asking what we ordered, if we wanna order more stuff to hkd800 to get a discount, if we had a booking or walk in… for christ sake get a freaking pen if your memory is that bad!

disappointing  food:
Even olive oil and rosemary which were served with the bread have no fragrance, apparently unfresh.
Portion extremely small. Mediocre taste. Not fresh. I ordered ravioli and pork sausage with wild broccoli. Instead of broccoli, they gave me chinese preserved vegetables, sour, pungent and yellow and totally did not go with the whatever flavours that the pork sausages had. When i asked the waitress, she said wild broccoli is out of the season and its hard to get fresh ones so it was changed to preserved vegetables. WHAT WAS THAT?! what about asking your chef to change your menu?! Thats what a chef does! Cook with seasonality! And this is HK! 90% of what we eat is imported! Where do you think you are? Ethiopia? Calling yourself italian restaurant but giving me cheap chinese preserved vegetables as substitute! The only reason that ur serving that shit is because your restaurant is lazy and cheap and nothing but pure gimmck. And LOOK AT THAT RAVIOLI. Do you know what a ravioli should look like? What they served was just an unfinished uncut long dough with fillings inside! This is crazy! Unacceptable!
This is the most horrible dining experience i had in the recent years. Will never return!
