We were in need to tailor a corporate anniversary cake with 1 week urgent notice and they were very inefficient in working with us, due to their own mismanagement. They were able to do everything on time and explained everything well enough at first enquiry call, but then after, they just gave up by returning one reply by email saying 'the ideas are out of your budget', while we asked for their pricing instead. They were able to do everything on time and explained everything well enough at first enquiry call, but then after, they just gave up by returning one reply by email saying 'the ideas are out of your budget', while we asked for their pricing instead. They never came back after and ignored the request. Seems like it's very hard for them to handle outside ideas, but that was what they wanted constantly and asked for constantly. We are so disappointed with their service and arrangements!
