I recently visited this sushi restaurant in Hong Kong and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The freshness of the fish was a major letdown, as it lacked that vibrant, just-from-the-sea taste that defines quality sushi. Additionally, the sushi rice failed to impress with its lack of fluffiness, resulting in a heavy and dense texture that didn't complement the ingredients well. To make matters worse, the inclusion of raw onions in the sushi was a strange and off-putting combination. In comparison to a renowned sushi spot like Sushiro, this restaurant fell far behind in terms of overall quality. I regret to say that I won't be returning. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the establishment to improve their fish sourcing, rice preparation, and ingredient combinations. Until these improvements are made, I recommend exploring other sushi options in the area for a more satisfying dining experience.
