We have booked buffet dinner for 10 persons at least 3 weeks ago, and the staff gave us the worst table out front by the entrance. We complaint and the staff told us the seating arrangement has nothing to do with when we made our reservation. This is the worst hotel service we ever experienced. Wonder what criteria the hotel used to distinguish its customers? The locals don't have priority?
