To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Bad service and slow speed food delivering

First of all, I have gone to your restaurant many times. My families love it. But I can’t stand the bad service anymore. We have told the waitress many time that our 鮑魚雞煲 has not yet arrived. After few times reminding, still none food arrived. Such service attitude is not acceptable in nowadays. I hate going to your restaurant, and it is not the first report I would like to write. Such service attitude is not acceptable in nowadays. I hate going to your restaurant, and it is not the first report I would like to write. Many restaurants are bad but I just can’t find the way to report it to the customers.

I hope such bad service can be improved. I suggest your restaurant can increase the number of waiters and waitresses. Just a few are not enough to handle the clients as in public holiday families need places to cater.
