Tried this place before (~400 for 2) so decided to go again last weekend for lunch dim sum.Arrived around 12 noon, already 40 numbers behind, didn't want to wait too long, so checked 2/F the high-priced floor, waited another 5 min.The only thing which is nice (within expectation) is the service / attitude is very good at the front door, that young man led us in really is up to the service standard...!BUT almost all other people inside there do NOT understand what's service, and it's a big shame

The only thing which is nice (within expectation) is the service / attitude is very good at the front door, that young man led us in really is up to the service standard...!

BUT almost all other people inside there do NOT understand what's service, and it's a big shame for this place, it even written down in the very first pages of the menu, saying all waiter/waitress are graduated from professional training school.....

for example:
- the woman taking the order always try to sell expensive dishes, e.g. steam fish, etc
- you saw your dishes sitting on the tray 4-5 steps away, and no one seems to come and put them on your table (for 2 min!)
- the guy serving the dishes just drop the dishes bluntly, and said nothing at all and quickly gone
- one of the more mature waiter was ok, the other couple young guy ...


the taste of the dishes was not as good as the time before, and also the bad service had made the dishes tasted even worse...


maybe 130 per head kind of customer, they don't really care to serve, to keep, to make you come again.....
