Whole team changed since I don't know when, even the paintings on the wall changed, and it seems the chef is also changed. Now the toilets are dirty and disgusting but previously it was nice and hygiene. Foods become average from good. Now the toilets are dirty and disgusting but previously it was nice and hygiene. Foods become average from good. The key point is the service, we ordered the long dinner menu (now they have only fixed menu and removed a la carte completely), we were expected to have 4 desserts, after 2 desserts we wait for almost half an hour, I asked a staff for help but she only smiled to me far away and did not walk to me. I asked her again and eventually she came and insisted all our foods are finished, I showed her the menu and pointed the other 2 desserts never came. She said she would double check but never get back to us. We waited another 5 minutes for nothing and I asked to takeaway other 2 desserts and get the bill. The bill was fast but the desserts kept us waiting for another 10 minutes, I spoke to the manager, but the manager seems have zero true regrets and apologies about their service, he found an excuse that the kitchen was busy but apparently there is nothing to do with the kitchen, it's the POOR service. He offered us he can void the charge of my credit card but I refused because I think this is not fair and the food is at least average after all. After I left I though this over-aggressive refund offer is not a good action either, basically the manager kidnapped me on ethics, it means "yes our service is bad, if you are unhappy I can refund you even though you have had all the foods. Accept my offer and you will become the greedy bad guy now." I never asked anything about money, my point is they really should enhance their service, why the manager only cares about the money? We were regular customer before the change of whole team, but we will never come here again after this bad experience.
