bad service!!

my friend and i went there for happy hour. we get there 5;50pm asked bartender is it happy hour? he said yes. and we ordered and drinks arrives on table 5:59pm charged us full payment. it is not about money we can pay no problem but i would be so appreciated  if bar manager who served us could let us know if we could wait few minutes it will be happy hour price. i mean c'mon it was only 1 minute!! and even thou we were bit early to order than happy hour price but this bar manager guy his attitud
