I've booked through openrice on 7th Jan, and I received a notification yesterday 12th Jan after five days from openrice that the restaurant canceled my booking without calling me and the reason why is because they are fully booked!! I don't understand, so they will canceled a confirm customer even you booked ahead of time?? What kind of service is this??? I am really not happy and will never go back or recommend to anybody else to this restaurant!!!
