Wanted to bring my dogs out for a chill dinner and saw this pet friendly restaurant so I ringed them in the afternoon. A Chinese speaking man answered the phone and I asked if they can make phone in reservations and he said yes, I asked for a table outside as I have 2 dogs with me then he said there’s no people sitting outside at night so just feel free to come, no need to save my phone number or whatsoever. We arrived the place at 7pm and the outside seating area was packed, I went in to ask the English speaking waitress if we can get a table outside as I called earlier, she immediately said that they didn’t receive any call that day, and they don’t have reservation service so we had to go wait by the tables if we want to sit outside?!! She didn’t even try to find out which one of her colleagues answered the phone but just keep saying we don’t have reservations and we should go outside and wait.... Then I saw the sign outside saying Happy Hour finishes at 8pm which means there won’t be empty spot for us to dine until 8pm!
I called in earlier to ask if I can reserve a table and the man said yes... and telling me there won’t be people sitting outside at night, but actually they do happy hour till 8pm!
Ended up we left and went to the restaurant opposite the road... How disappointed!!!!
