I was having a meeting with my client on a weekday at 7pm, as I wanted to recommend their fruit tea to my client and I had visited there for a few times, back then, there was a young manager who operates the restaurant and service was good. However, this time. There was a more mature man who looked like the owner of the shop, since we sat down, he showed us really bad attitude- didn’t greet or say much, showing grumpy face and quickly asked us what we wanted to order, and then left without sayin
Well, we went for a meeting before dinner, so we ordered 2 drinks- one fruit tea which I used to like, and the other one is the soy milk ice drink. The man required us to spend at least $50 per person prior to their 10% service charge, so we were forced to order a side dish of Taiwanese preserved eggs. That was what we felt not feeling too happy about already before we felt more uncomfortable of their poor service.
The drinks on their own were ok, but overall how they brought us the dining experience was poor. I would say the food /drinks were 4-5 out of 5, service was 1 out of 5.
