I simply cannot understand why the service here is so bad. All their waiters are so rude and impatient, and they often gather in groups and chat loudly amongst themselves. The view is great, which is a given, but food is also just mediocre. The sky boss fry rice was the most delicious dish, it was fragrant and not too oily. The dim sum dishes were not that appetizing though. To be honest, the fried dish tasted a bit stale.
