To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. My friend was half way finishing her meal and a waiter came to our table and without asking took her plates away. She was still eating at that time. That was really rude of the waiter. Another thing is that it was our friend’s birthday and we planned to surprise her with a dessert. We already mentioned to the reception that it was a surprise and we want her name on the dessert. Another thing is that it was our friend’s birthday and we planned to surprise her with a dessert. We already mentioned to the reception that it was a surprise and we want her name on the dessert. So after we finished our mains, we were expecting the dessert to come right after. As we only have an hour lunch time and the restaurant was not full/busy at that time, so we waited and waited, a few waiters came by and asked if we ordered desserts, which we repeatedly said we did and it was also quite embarrassing as it was supposed to be a surprise.

Anyway so we waited another 20mins, still there was no dessert. In the end, we had to cancel our dessert and left with utter disappointment.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experience and would not recommend.
