As we cannot decide what to eat tonight in Causeway Bay, randomly search “high ratings (smiling faces)” restaurants. We came across Neighbor, food and venue looks pleasant from the photo reviews so we reserve our table online. The moment we stepped our foot into the restaurant, it was a bad choice.Environment A take-away bubble tea bar locate on the left side of the entrance. There was NUMEROUS of boxes on the floor and stairway....Also, the smell was a little stinky, maybe from the boxes

Including our table, there was only 2 tables for around 5-6 waiters to serve. When we sat down, no water was placed on our table till we ask. Food plates were placed on top of our eating plates! When we ask for utensils or change of plates, they look so unwilling to do so, like we should never ask for anything!
