To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為轉左工嘅關係，好耐無喺中環食lunch, 今日難得出中環，當然要去我同女友都好中意食嘅bagels alley 啦。我同女朋友其實真係好鍾意食bagels，試暈晒中環嗰三間最主要嘅Bagels專門店之後，發現都係最愛Bagels Alley。一來佢哋啲包係最多特別口味，二來服務係最親切嘅，三來價錢/份量亦都係三間之中最實惠。另外兩間啲服務質素真係不敢恭維！話雖如此，出發前其實都有啲擔心佢仲喺唔喺度，始終香港租金真係太貴，再加上疫情影響，小店好難做得住，好彩！唔單止無執笠，反而仲擴充左！認真有實力！由於趕住去個朋友屋企，所以今次order takeaway，一共叫咗兩個sandwiches兩杯咖啡，印象中價錢同幾年前差唔多，無乜加價喺依家食個toast 都要一百蚊嘅年代，其實一個手造bagel 7/80蚊真係一啲都唔貴，如果係外賣自取，Americano 只需加$15，簡單係抵到爛！我哋叫咗一個hummus veggie 加牛油果，另一個就牛油果莎莎加三文魚。呢度啲牛油果真係好新鮮，唔會好似出面咁，成舊水一個toast都比啲黑嘅牛油果你！！用心做嘅小店真係值得大家大力支持！
