To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身處人來人往的中環中心,營營役役就是港人日常生活的最佳形容詞 不時路經這邊,沒有留意到原來街巷之間,有一家低調的貝果店Bagels Alley 與在附近上班數年的友人聊及這店家,她臉上盡是疑惑,但我對此不感訝異 因為忙碌,所以容易忽略身邊的人事物,大概有不少同路人亦如是 手造貝果標榜無油、低糖、無防腐劑,先經低溫發酵,再用熱水煮沸並以石板烘焗 必備原味,又有常見的芝麻、罌粟籽等款式,再來是特別點的墨西哥辣椒及日曬蕃茄乾 夾餡不只可選葷素,更有變化多多的調味忌廉芝士,如香辣車打、黑松露、蜜糖核桃 嚐過喜歡的話可以訂購各款貝果,而店方亦有出售自家調製的忌廉芝士及鷹嘴豆蓉 Pastrami Bomb 煙燻牛肉 $70雖標上辣椒符號,但止於肉邊的黑椒香,不會太嗆口 選擇日曬蕃茄乾貝果,包身氣孔細緻,煙韌嚼感適度,夾有蕃茄乾,但其實不會太酸 煙燻牛肉沒有以往吃過那些的重鹹,又不會老韌,吃起來似火腿,有些少彈牙感覺 在黃芥末、瑞士芝士與忌廉芝士的伴襯下,而火箭菜的微苦沒有那麼的突兀惹煩 來自蕃茄及酸瓜的酸得溫和,清新而去膩,不過餡料水分多,貝果要及早享用以免出水
