Flatbread calls for unleavened dough, or dough that doesn't use yeast. Pizza requires dough that has been made using yeast and allowed to rise for a certain amount of time. Personally I prefer flatbread! And this one has two of my favorite ingredients: truffle and mushroom! Yum!

Baked whole sea bass, lemon, garlic, house-made pesto breadcrumbs, this is my absolute favorite! Will order this whenever I come here. The fish doesn’t taste fishy at all, the meat was tender, the lemon gives it a freshness and the breadcrumbs gives a crunchiness to the fish! 😍🤤
