it's a hidden gem at the hysan food court, service is fast yet the food is not typical food court quality stuff; the freshly kneaded udon itself is soft and chewy; the soup is flavorful but not too salty, the tomato beef udon can be more soupy but what more can you ask for at this price point?  The portion size is not very big so I've order the squid cake as side dish to complete the meal.
