每天大魚大肉的春節快將完結,縱使增磅之餘胃口又大了,飯還是要吃的,對吧?所以是日一於懶理脂肪團積,與食友聚舊同時,順道吃飽泰菜再打算!位於尖東海旁的 Namo Avant,是一家以泰菜為主打的酒吧。若非當天寒風迫近,能坐在外面面向維港享用美膳,你說多寫意?到步沒多久,店員為我們送上小食。香甜多汁的西瓜配爽口鮮蝦,再占點海鹽同吃,滿開胃的。每逢跟食友聚首,點菜時過度興奮,還好我們眼闊肚更闊,即使連吃多道小食、沙拉、海鮮、肉類和甜點,依然輕鬆無難道。先來的泰式魚餅外層微脆,中央軟綿非常,魚味又濃,很不錯呢。Crabber Jack 蟹肉鮮甜,配著中央Bay Leave 與鬆脆米餅同吃真清新,是小妹最愛的小食。店員送上這份Chicken Charm時指,雞粒是以天扶良手法炸成,吃一口後發現炸漿的確很薄,但略嫌其炸得不夠爽身,感覺油淰淰,不過底層的香辣汁還挺惹味。我們共分享了兩款沙拉,其中椰汁香蕉花沙拉帶隱約蕉香,非常清新。小妹第一次吃到香蕉花感覺格外新奇,果然是百份百鄉下人。青木瓜沙拉爽脆清甜之餘,適量的花生碎和辣椒碎亦使整道沙拉層次更豐富、更惹味,加上肉質嫩滑又鮮美的火炙黃鰭吞拿魚,非常出

是晚的泰菜真精彩,想不到一家酒吧也有如此水準的食物。若Namo Avant 供應的是Bar Food 新標準,看來市場上其他玩家得加把勁才行呢。盡吸熱量後,又是時候想辦法Shake It Off!
