畢竟我係一個崇韓ge偽韓妹,人地就鐘意韓星,我就係因為鐘意韓國美食,每次去親韓國都會穿過大街小巷嘗試地道美食,一直係香港都未搵到熟悉ge韓國味道,不過今次黎食Le 間,帶比我驚喜。。。黎到韓國餐廳一定要食泡菜夠辣,白菜夠新鮮同入味而又不失爽口。。。我本人覺得食韓國燒物係唔需要腌製食物,只需要肉夠新鮮就得,我今次點左個黑毛豬五花腩le個黑毛豬五花腩好香,煎個陣香味撲鼻,咬落去好香,腩部份ge油份令到成件肉口感昇華。。。。。。第二個點左牛大腸我其實真係唔太好腸類食物,但曾經去過韓國食牛大腸,完全被佢吸引左見到menu 寫話le個牛大腸韓國直送,就決定回味一下le種味道外脆內香,煎ge時候個陣香濃ge香味已經振奮左我ge食慾,油而不膩。。。。。。韓國燒物一定要有一種食法我係超鐘意,生菜一定要夠新鮮,一定要加蒜頭個蒜頭如果新鮮就會夠辣,怕辣可以輕輕燒一燒佢再包黎食,點少少韓國甜醬,一啖放入口,肉香加蒜頭同生鮮脆口ge生菜,令到油膩感相對冇咁重,而又不失肉ge香味,食燒物成日都會有種罪惡感,唔知點解次次咁樣食就覺得好似健康d。。。重點左個泡菜湯同炒粉絲我好鐘意韓國人用白飯加入湯變做泡飯ge食法,

我好鐘意韓國人用白飯加入湯變做泡飯ge食法,湯ge濃味被白飯快速吸收,一啖再放入口,配合埋泡菜ge口感,好好食呀!

粉絲夠曬熱,但相對其他食物就冇乜特別
