mar 29, 08,4人來食lunch,叫咗4個set lunch : 1) 頭盤i) thai fish cake w/grapefruit salad x 2-試咗友人1/2件,今次個魚嘅鹹味比起我上次食,重手咗少少,但絶對唔喺過份,個肉亦鬆散咗d ii) steam eggplant salad-原來喺涼菜,矮瓜清甜,又唔辣,好味iii) spicy squid and cucumber salad-試咗友人少少,都幾惹味,但友人話越食越辣相信沉底d辣汁關係 2) 湯i) water melon w/mushroom x 3-好清但夠味,友人相信佢用咗雞湯ii) tom yum seafood soup-都喺好清,要求小辣,無蝦,只見到細細隻魷魚,似乎佢哋湯呢個環節唔多強 3) 主菜i) half cooked salmon w/lemongrass butter sauce-伴個green curry-友人10分讚個curry汁,話雖然辣,但好好味 ii) pan fried beef fillet w/crispy goose liver on top & fresh pe

-好清但夠味,友人相信佢用咗雞湯

-都喺好清,要求小辣,無蝦,只見到細細隻魷魚,似乎佢哋湯呢個環節唔多強
3) 主菜
i) half cooked salmon w/lemongrass butter sauce
-伴個green curry
-友人10分讚個curry汁,話雖然辣,但好好味
ii) pan fried beef fillet w/crispy goose liver on top & fresh peppercorn cream sauce
-友人勁讚塊牛腍,估計7成熟因裡仲喺粉紅色,試咗友人1口,果然,味道調得適中,有肉味,而鵝肝亦ok喎,都有甘潤感
iii) o sip hah's curry laksa
-試咗友人1啖,個laksa湯底好夠椰香味,好多粉,不過d粉唔喺滑嗰種,亦比較挺身,友人話越食越覺得辣,但對佢嚟講都受得住,不過最終佢都喺食唔晒因太多粉
iv) chiang mai chicken rice noodle in lemongrass soup
-d雞都切得幾厚身,肉嫩,結實,雞味無嘜。如果友人教我分冰鮮雞同新鮮雞(雞骨d血熟咗後喺暗啡紅色)無錯嘅話(我還未請教到professional人士),呢隻就喺新鮮雞。個粉嘅意見如上
-都喺覺得隔離飯香,個牛同laksa好似好味d
4) 餐飲

ii) 凍香茅茶
iii) 凍咖啡
5) 甜品
-可以+$20+個甜品,而且由喺下邊嘅姐妹店提供(參閱)
i) macaroon w/strawberry
-近排比較想食macaroon,所以1見佢個list有,已鎖定目標
-不過個皮1d都唔鬆脆,亦有少少實
-中間d士多啤梨就ok,不過唔甜
-所以呢個好1般
ii) earl grey chocolate mousse
-成個太空館咁
-顏色喺少有嘅metallic啡紅色,好特別
-入口好軟,好滑,亦有好出嘅伯爵茶味,好掂,可惜太細個
-我記得上次去呢間姐妹店食過cake(參閱),雖然唔喺呢個味,但就大1倍,我哋都有懷疑過喺咪正價size,所以食完lunch之後,特意跑1趟去個cake shop,原來正價($35)都喺咁"的骰",真喺精緻喇
- 因為生日主角話要嚟,所以無反對,再次光臨,祝友人生日快樂,身體健康
