好友向來喜歡公主系風格,趁她快要生日,一於帶她來這家公主風餐廳,享受恬靜美味的晚餐。餐廳環境帶點英式風,有不少公主系元素,連餐巾都摺成玫瑰形狀,也太花心思了吧!有不少特色選擇,不過價錢略高。先送上餐廳自家制的不同口味曲奇。部分味道頗特別,淺嚐過後,如果有合適的口味,更可即場購買。餐包軟熟微熱,值得一讚的是,自家制的特色牛油味道不錯,而且軟滑。蟹肉沙律配白松露黑醋汁白松露以分子料理方法製成粉末,撤在沙律上面,配上蟹肉及拌上黑醋汁的沙律菜,味道香口,白松露頗香郁。是日餐湯是由新鮮粟米攪蓉,加入鮮忌廉,一入口,清甜幼滑而creamy,的確好喝!牛骨髓燴日本牛面,配洋葱醬想不到牛骨髓會以這樣的形式呈上。牛骨髓燴牛面的牛味香濃,加上厚厚的香脆蒜粒,增加香口的感覺。而用紅酒燴過的洋蔥酸酸甜甜,將所以材料夾着香脆的麵包吃,頗醒胃。香脆馬頭魚配黑松露南瓜汁平時吃魚,總不會連魚鱗一起吃,但這道魚連魚鱗一起吃,會帶來驚喜。馬頭連魚鱗一併炸香,魚鱗香脆可口,而魚肉嫩滑,是今晚一道我最喜歡的菜式。海膽煙肉藜麥蛋麵利用海膽打成汁,味道鮮甜。而藜麥蛋麵頗硬身,帶點韌性,掛汁能力強,頗有口感。雖然鋪面的三文魚籽鮮美

草莓仙子

粉紅色高踭鞋十分吸晴,當然要相機先食。高踭鞋由strawberry,yoghurt,cream cheese製成,味道微甜帶酸,頗醒神。而底下黃色的是熱情果雪芭,帶淡淡果香,又透心涼。
