I have not been to India, but Rang Mahal has surprised me by providing traditional indian food.This was the first time i ate out at a Indian Restaurant. I searched here online by recommendation.I had a pleasant lunch buffet with my friend here. There are lots of food options here.For appetizers, there are sweetcorns, Assorted Pakora, Samosa, masala papad and spring roll. For appetizers, there are sweetcorns, Assorted Pakora, Samosa, masala papad and spring roll. It is cripsy but not oily, taste quite good.
Of course curry is the main character in indian food. There are fish curry , chicken curry. It tastes good and it is not spicy, which is very suitable for me. I cant eat spicy curry at all. The curry is sweet and the meat is well soaked with the curry sauce.
Besides, i love Indian bread so much. I ate so much naan, with indian sauce and garlic on top. It is so spongy and still hot.
And lastly i had indian dessert. It is called Gulab Jamun. At first i thought it is sweet egg. However, it tastes like chinese dumplings in sweet flavour, made by glutinous rice and condensed milk.
