D2 Place is actually quite easy to find. It's right next to the Lai Chi Kok MTR exit. This cake shop is located on the second floor, in the corner. They have afternoon tea sets which include a cake and an additional $24 for hot tea or $26 for ice tea. This is not too bad as a regular tea is around $40 so you save a few dollars. They also offer whole cakes that you can pre-order.

I decided to choose this pretty cake called an Irish. It's a Baily's mousse, mocha ganache, chocolate sponge cake and crunchy caramel. Price? $44. It definitely was beautiful to look at. And it tasted divine. The sponge was soft, The mousse decadent. It was soaked with the rich taste of Baily's. There was some crunchiness for texture.

I added $26 for a lychee fruit tea. This was pretty nice and refreshing. Not too sweet and there was whole pieces of lychee in it.

A wonderful place for a cake break. It was quiet, too on a weekend. I guess more people would rather do coffee at Little Break down stairs. But this place is worth going into the mall and going up to the second floor. A definite good place for a sweet bite.
