Visited Dalloyau's pop-up store in G/F, Hysan Place for its Salon de Thé collection for Fall 2015. The new collection features a range of beautiful autumn cakes and macarons available for takeaway. Macaron de reve poire Belle Hélène - one of the pastries from the Fall collection. Essentially 2 chocolate macaron shells sandwiching a light pear mousse and sweet caramelised pears. Essentially 2 chocolate macaron shells sandwiching a light pear mousse and sweet caramelised pears. The chocolate flavour was not strong which complimented the sweetness and flavours of the pear really well. The mousse was light and the macaron shells had a good chewy texture. The only downside to this was it was not as fresh as I expected.
