Macaron de reve poire Belle Hélène - one of the pastries from the Fall collection.

Essentially 2 chocolate macaron shells sandwiching a light pear mousse and sweet caramelised pears. The chocolate flavour was not strong which complimented the sweetness and flavours of the pear really well. The mousse was light and the macaron shells had a good chewy texture. The only downside to this was it was not as fresh as I expected.
