Been a while since I've had some beef brisket, tried this beef brisket place in wanchai. Ordered both their limited cuts - 爽腩 - skirtsteak? vermicelli and 坑腩 - bonelessshortrib? curry with rice. The skirt steak is identified from the two crunchy sides sandwiching the meat in the middle that gives it it's signature crunchy texture, 爽腩 kinda translates into crunchy brisket in Chinese. The other is known for its deeper beef flavours so I had it with their curry to put it to the test, loved their sauce and the beefy flavours really shines through the relatively flavour intense sauce.
