How many hot pot places have you seen a 'beef stall' like the ones you see in a wet market? Not many, I would say. We ordered the Sea Coconut and Pork Bone Hot Pot soup base, which was surely flavourful. There were abundant amounts of ingredients placed into the pot.

Of course, the hero of the show is the beef. We ordered a large plate of beef chuck, which was tender and soaked in the flavours of the soup well!
