How many hot pot places have you seen a 'beef stall' like the ones you see in a wet market? Not many, I would say. This restaurant is clearly a beef expert as it hangs out a variety of different parts of beef, which is undoubtedly impressive. There's also a variety of seafood at the storefront, like prawns too!As with many hot pot restaurants, there's a selection of sauces to choose from. At $25 per person, you can mix in your own preferences of sauce, such as soy sauce, satay sauce, sesame sauc

We ordered the Sea Coconut and Pork Bone Hot Pot soup base, which was surely flavourful. There were abundant amounts of ingredients placed into the pot.
Of course, the hero of the show is the beef. We ordered a large plate of beef chuck, which was tender and soaked in the flavours of the soup well!
Among other ingredients were:
Beef Aorta - a fine, unique choice for adventurous eaters
Chicken - proclaimed as "running chicken", the meat is soft and juicy
Carp - for those who like bouncy fish, the carp is certainly the ingredient for you.
Eel - a good choice for people who like eating soft fish
Vegetable Platter - with a variety of vegetables, there's something for everyone
Cuttlefish Balls - bouncy, large and chewy
Fish noodles - a very filling topping that gives variety to the hot pot
