You can order a la carte or with drinks etc.

Originally I wanted the beef noodles or rice but the lady suggested that I try the super combo which has a bit of everything including the beef so ordered that.

Unfortunately, the star of the show BEEF was missing and so I asked if the beef was missing and they just came back and said the chef acknowledged it so I wasn't a bit pleased because I didn't get to try the damn beef.

Anyway, the rice with goose oil was really heavenly and so are the goose oil noodles.

The rice is probably a better option as the rice is piping hot and fragrant with the goose oil.

Sadly according to pictures of the super combo, the pickled vegetables were also missing if you take the Tsuen Wan branch as reference.
I guess the restaurant is quite new so not running smoothly yet.
