The crust was baked decently as it wasn’t too thick nor was it too “buttery”. The crust was crunchy on the outside but chewy, basically what a beef wellington should be. The beef was cooked medium and the seasoning was spot on. Beef was tender and it was a good pairing with red wine, we paired it with the fruity Shiraz.
