before my booking date bad attitude from Manager

Actually this is for the feedback before I have my dinner at Naked, this is to complain about a Manager called Don Don from Naked Gurume Gyarari, since I have not yet try their food, because my booking suppose to be on tomorrow Saturday June 6th 2015, which is my boyfriend birthday, so I have try to arrange a special menu, and ask Don Don the Manager to kindly help me, since I have choose the dishes from a la carte, and I just request to put it together like a menu layout and present it out for

Actually this is for the feedback before I have my dinner at Naked, this is to complain about a Manager called Don Don from Naked Gurume Gyarari, since I have not yet try their food, because my booking suppose to be on tomorrow Saturday June 6th 2015, which is my boyfriend birthday, so I have try to arrange a special menu, and ask Don Don the Manager to kindly help me, since I have choose the dishes from a la carte, and I just request to put it together like a menu layout and present it out for my boyfriend, I dont think this is a really hard issue to complete. As I work in a Food and Berevage industry as well, this kind of request is normal. So I have received Don Don e-mail one day and said the items that I choose from is all avavaible except for one items. And the price will be approixmaly around $1500 for the menu, as I just order from the a la carte with the same price that I saw, and I had added nothing to it, why the price will be turn out $1500 ??? Since is for Saturday dinner which is tomorrow 6th June 2015 is quite urgent as I am preparing for my boyfriend birthday so I called Don Don this afternoon again 5th June 2015, then I said is my menu ready and send it to me, then he said actually you can just come and order your item is all avavaible, (SOUND ANNOYING), as I have mention this is a gift for my boyfriend birthday too I want to have a suprise for him, and he sound like do not want to help anymore, and said all right I ask the chef and do it and send to you again. And then I said why you say the price will be $1500 and then I said is all from the a la carte menu only, and he said this is I added into it in case you need to add something, then I said what ??? Why you adding price on it, I did not request for that. (AND HIS ATTITUDE AND VOICE FEEL ANNOYED AND PISS OFF) then I ask what is your position? And he said he is the Manager, I mean you do not willing to help at all, and he said up to you Madam, if you would like to complain me I will send you a address to write to. However, I still would like my menu, since I really love to bring my boyfriend to try. For this case I am really disappointed of the attitude and service of the Manager Don Don, I need to chase all the time for just a little things for the menu, how would this happen, he really spoil my mood and the planning. I wish no one will have this bad experience like me. Finally I hope I can receive my perfect menu for tomorrow Dinner to celebrate with my boyfriend.
