While we are working in nearby area, we have been testing out restaurants for lunch and dinner. This restaurant is hidden under the basement of an old shopping mall. Since we have decided to eat something local and ordinary, we have chosen this restaurant for lunch.The customer service was extremely bad. We ordered a noodle set on the menu, but the waitress said it was only for breakfast (despite my friend is living in Yau Tong for many years and have ordered this set for lunch regularly). After
The customer service was extremely bad. We ordered a noodle set on the menu, but the waitress said it was only for breakfast (despite my friend is living in Yau Tong for many years and have ordered this set for lunch regularly). After further confirmation, she proceeded to take the order.
The food is local and ordinary, as expected. However, she suddenly charged for $2 more than shown on the menu, saying that the $2 was for "special arrangement" for the set to be served during lunch time. When asked why she did not tell us about this when ordering, she presented an extremely unpleasant attitude and stated that she already told us.
As we have to get back to work, we paid the amount as requested and leave immediately. We are all disappointed by this and will not consider coming back to this restaurant ever again.
