呢晚嘅目嘅地係BEL CIBO Restaurant,lift門一打開就係餐廳嘅半開放式入口,黑板上仲寫咗當晚嘅優惠同廚師推介。餐廳入面掛咗唔少油畫。天花板就有數盞水晶吊燈。主餐牌圖文並荗,都幾清晰。有好多都想食,最後只係試咗幾款。Cookies Banana Milk Shake,沙冰用鮮香蕉同Oreo打成,再用唔同大小嘅原片Oreo點綴,甜味濃郁。煙三文魚凱撒沙律,煙三文魚捲成兩朵玫瑰花咁,食起嚟帶微微鹹香。羅馬生菜配車厘茄、巴馬臣芝士碎同煙肉乾,口感爽脆,當中嘅沙律醬份量充足,可以均勻咁沾晌蔬菜表面。龍蝦薄餅上面有原隻波士頓龍蝦晌度,賣相非常吸引。餡料入面嘅龍蝦肉都係嚟自呢隻波士頓龍蝦嘅蝦身,當中仲有三色椒、洋蔥同雜菌等等,整塊薄餅都佈滿芝士,批邊質感脆,猶如比較厚身嘅餅乾咁,醬汁就酸酸甜甜。至於龍蝦身就係裝飾性質,龍蝦鉗就可以拆肉嚟食。炭燒日本活性水飼豬鞍,聽侍應講餐廳採用嘅豬鞍係取自等級比黑毛豬高嘅日本活性水飼豬,仲用流質飼料同礦泉水飼養,上網睇佢仲係標榜無菌嘅。由於肉質優,所以餐廳只係燒到七八成熟左右,食起嚟外微焦,內爽腍有肉汁,唔蘸燒汁都夠美味。伴碟嘅蔬菜有新薯、法邊豆同
