Below average northern food

Had a very bad lunch in Yuen Long.  Thus, trying to make it up with some dumplings that I heard for quite a while.No customers at the store at 1320.  I just got the dumplings that I wanted.Walked over to my car to taste them.  Holly smoke, everything seem soft and the dumplings were just warm.Nothing dry, nothing crispy, nothing juicy.  Am I out of luck of something.This is just northern food that sell well in the southern regions.Sincerely double dumplings with quality will score any sales in n

Sincerely double dumplings with quality will score any sales in northern part of China.
