Xiaolongbao, also known as soup dumpling, is a Shanghainese delicacy. I’m always a big fan of Xiaolongbao so I always order it when I yumcha.However, this Xiaolongbao disappointed me because its skin was too thick, instead of the usual thin and smooth layer.But one thing that I appreciated a lot is how juicy it’s inside, as the pork broth literally burst out in my mouth when I bit the skin!
