The 10 piece sushi platter was an absolute delight! The selection of sashimi is selected by the chefs, only the freshest sashimi would make it on your sushi platter. The temperature control of the ingredients were done to perfection, the coolness just right so it feels fresh in your mouth. Personally, I do not like the feel of many sashimi due to its chewyness and texture of many fishes. However, these selection all have melt in your mouth feel, the texture of these fish taste and feel just perfect, paired with the shop's special red vinegar sushi allows the taste of the fish to stand our even more.

Highlight of the meal was definitely the uni rice. From the photo you can already tell that this is a heavenly delight, able to satisfy any uni crave! The quality of the Canadian uni was very good, fresh, intact and sweet. Do order this signature dish!

The crab brown meat was also very well done, normally I dont really like the brown meat served in this style as it's often fishy. But the way they have prepared and cooked the brown meat, served with perfectly toasted bread was super delightful.

overall, the price of each dish is set at a very reasonable price that you cannot find anywhere else in town. make sure to book before you go!
