tried most of the burger shops in hong kong and this is the best, hands down but due to the quiet location( although being behind times square ) it doesnt get alot of traffic which is good, as you can just relax comparatively more than at other restaurants in causeway bay.the restaurant looks very fancy and richly decorated in italian renaissance style but you will be surprised that the price of the food here is very reasonable, not even much higher than the fast food restaurants like five guys.

the environment is top notch american style interplaying between edm, classical, opera and pop.
the food is realky impressive, like the fries are served hot and crispy directly from the fryer and has taste of fresh oil.
and what i must comnend is the burgers. they highly recommended the wagyu burger for being juicy which indeed it is but the good thing is you can eat without
getting your hands messy with sauce. jts the juice from the meat making it really good and they dont overkill with sauce which most restaurants do
