Ive been to the Wan Chai, K11, and Olympic Branches and gotta say this is the best Five Guys branch. This visit is at least the 6 or 7th visit to the Central branch. The burgers are freshly made to order right in front of you. Man they are filled to the brim and it turns into a mess when you eat them, they are so big and juicy!
The fries are also freshly made with skins on, they are crispy and fluffy inside and not too oily. Make sure you you ask for the mayonnaise behind the counter for the fries.
