I would say this is definitely the best congee spot in HK. Congee Base is rich and and have a huge variety of ingredient choices. A lot of celebrities like former NBA player Yiu Ming don’t mind the cosy environment and enjoying the ready to cook congee. But usually takes around 10 mins to make so need to avoid to go in rush hour time as lots of customer do like to do take out as well. Kitchen has only 5 pots to make congee in one time. But usually takes around 10 mins to make so need to avoid to go in rush hour time as lots of customer do like to do take out as well. Kitchen has only 5 pots to make congee in one time. The speciality should be all the parts from the fish from belly, collar, lips and bone etc. The best way to eat is to mix with their soy sauce with ginger and chives. They have few restaurant on the same street but I prefer to go to the one just serve congee. Portion is huge. If you haven’t try them yet. This will be the next favourite congee spot.
