Excited to share my delightful experience at the newly opened Korean fried chicken spot, dubbed the “Prada of fried chicken” — a playful nod to its name, Puradak. The clever wordplay isn’t just a fun twist; it sets the stage for a dining experience that truly lives up to its chic moniker.

We kicked off our feast with the Corn So Amazing chicken, a delectable dish featuring fried chicken with garlic and corn powder. The flavors were a perfect harmony of savory garlic and sweet, crunchy corn powder, making every bite an absolute joy. The chicken was incredibly juicy, and the corn powder added a unique texture that was simply irresistible.

Next up was the Gimi Basak chicken, which featured seaweed-flavored fried chicken. This dish was a revelation! The seaweed seasoning brought a subtle umami taste that perfectly complemented the succulent, juicy chicken. The combination of flavors and textures was nothing short of extraordinary, and the dish was made even more delightful with a sprinkle of the special powder that came with it.❤️

In all, our visit to Puradak was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a testament to the culinary creativity and quality that this “Prada of fried chicken” aims to offer. If you’re a fan of Korean fried chicken, this place is an absolute must-visit! 🍗✨
