I can confidently say that Sage and Salt is an exquisite restaurant that Hong Kong needed to see. Tasting the food was a refreshing experience that left me thinking about home back in India.  I particularly loved the Keema Pav,  a perfect buttery blend of meat paired with aromatics served with toasted buns. I can confidently say that Sage and Salt is an exquisite restaurant that Hong Kong needed to see. Tasting the food was a refreshing experience that left me thinking about home back in India.  I particularly loved the Keema Pav,  a perfect buttery blend of meat paired with aromatics served with toasted buns. The ambience is perfect for hosting people or spending time with friends. I've revisited the restaurant on multiple occasions and even got to chat with one of the owners. I highly recommend stopping to have a chat with him, it was great to understand his vision for the culinary experience that he created.
