Hidden in an alley behind The Center, you will find Trois Cafe (along with a few other shops), which has earned thumbs up from fellow Central Foodies. This cafe is somewhat hard to find, so not many people know about it. On this particular day, I tried their Crispy Chicken Ciabatta and Mocha (together, HKD100). Hidden in an alley behind The Center, you will find Trois Cafe (along with a few other shops), which has earned thumbs up

from fellow Central Foodies. This cafe is somewhat hard to find, so not many people know about it. On this particular day, I tried their Crispy Chicken Ciabatta and Mocha (together, HKD100). I simply fell in love

with the crispy chicken wrapped in toasted and buttered Ciabatta

. The mocha was excellent as usual. Presentation and service were impeccable. Seats in the cafe are limited, so I would recommend any potential patrons to come alone or with a small company only.
