Hidden in an alley behind The Center, you will find Trois Cafe (along with a few other shops), which has earned thumbs up from fellow Central Foodies. from fellow Central Foodies. This cafe is somewhat hard to find, so not many people know about it. On this particular day, I tried their Crispy Chicken Ciabatta and Mocha (together, HKD100). I simply fell in love
with the crispy chicken wrapped in toasted and buttered Ciabatta
. The mocha was excellent as usual. Presentation and service were impeccable. Seats in the cafe are limited, so I would recommend any potential patrons to come alone or with a small company only.
