真串 is located in Soho. It is one of the best yakitori restaurants you can find in Hong Kong. The only problem being is the location is kind of far. I can assure you the quality of food and service is outstanding, especially the boss Thomas. There are more to it, they have a great selection of sake.Cuisine: Japanese (Yakitori)Food rating: 6/10*Service: 6/10 Ambiance: 6/10Price: HK$200pax* Food Rating: 6/10 is equivalent to 1 Michelin star, 8/10 to two Michelin stars, and 9/10 or 10/10

I truly believe if the location is closer to the heart of central, I will be a very regular diner. But for sure, 真串is a must visit restaurant.

Give me a thumbs up if you like it!
