Blue Smoke has the best nachos in town, but so-so ribs. Maybe our expectation was too too much hyped after having the nachos, we thought the ribs at Blue Smoke were not even as good as those at Tony Roma's. The ribs were full of smoky-flavored sauce but kind of dry inside. The pulled pork was pretty plain too. The bar tender was really nice. My husband got his free drink after ordering two whisky -- first time since he moved back to Hong Kong 5 years ago.
