No doubt this is the best cha siu you can find in Hong Kong, it’s just an ordinary shop on an ordinary residential area but the price reflects the perfect quality. It’s not ibérico pork but the texture and flavour did the trick, plus the chargrilled skin made it even more authentic. It’s definitely something to bring home if you pass by.
